Printer Need

One thing that we value at SNH is the communication between sponsors and children. This is a struggle for our Ugandan SNH team members, though, since in order to share sponsor letters with children, the staff have to travel to print the letters and thus incur the costs of travel, computer use and printing.

And then another struggle appears when children write to their sponsors--since cost of mailing is expensive, an SNH staff member has to travel and then scan the letter, again incurring the cost of travel and computer use.

In order to allow more efficient and cost effective communication between sponsors and children, Sherinah, our SNH director, shares the following request:

Dear sponsors and well wishers,

We are requesting for your generous contribution towards payment of a printer/photocopier for SNH. We find it hard to deliver sponsors letters in the mean time due to the fact that printing is expensive and when you add cost of transportation to the the printing center…We could get our own printer so that we reduce cost of transport and printing, and more so to be able to delver children's letters to their sponsors in time. The cost of a printer is 160$ plus ink, in all 200$.

5) Sign into your account.
6) You will be prompted to ender your bank account (or credit card) information.
7) The individual you are sending money to is Moses Lameck Wabwire, SNH Treasurer (be sure to use his full name--please put "Moses Lameck" as the first name and "Wabwire" as the last name) in Kampala, Uganda.
8) Choose a security question/anwer.
9) Once your transfer is complete, email Sherinah (sherinahnewhope@gmail.com) and include the tracking number, exact monetary amount (in both US dollars and Ugandan shillings), your full name, the town, state and/or zip code from where the money was sent, and the answer to the security question.
